November 6th – November 10th is Key Club week.

What is Key Club?

Key Club is a student-led, high school organization equivalent to the adult version of Kiwanis. In elementary school it is called k-kids. In middle school it is called builders club. In high school it is called Key Club. In college it is called CKI or Circle K International. The adult version is called Kiwanis. Key Club’s motto is Caring-Our way of life. Our members make the world a better place through service. In doing so, they grow as individuals and as leaders by answering the call to lead, summoning the courage to engage, and developing the heart to serve.

What is Key Club Week?

Key Club Week gives our members the opportunity to show our community what Key Club is truly about: service. Each day places an emphasis on service, to promote Key Club within our homes, schools and communities and to make Key Club a household name. See the link below for information.

So Monday Key Club members will be wearing their Key Club shirts or the Key Club colors which are White-Purity, Blue-Unwavering Character, and Gold-Service. They will also be passing out flyers and putting flyers around school.

Please spread the message as to what Key Club is about. We currently have 40 paid members which is the most our school has ever had. I would like to see that doubled in the next few years. Our next meeting is Wednesday November 9th from 1:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. in room 356. Our google classroom code is: 7nvaphs. I have attached the Key Club application and dues are $15.00 which goes towards our sponsoring Kiwanis Club of Cape Coral and our international dues. Any further information send them to room 356 or email me.
